What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff was attentive without being intrusive; special thanks to the team for their polite and helpful service throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and provided a very relaxing environment to start the day."

Kabir did a wonderful job in maintaining my room. The room was always very clean, well-organized, and comfortable. His attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness really made my stay enjoyable. I would also like to thank Supervisor Kamal for managing the housekeeping team so efficiently. His supervision and support clearly reflect in the high standards of service provided. "I have been travelling to this hotel for more than 1 year for my office work with my family. Really Good Service and good rooms. Polite staff. Great food service provided and polite behaviour from Kashish and Tannu at Cafeon3. And hats off to the main Chef. Room cleaning was done by Adil and other house keeping staff. All were very good. Good laundry service. Anju was nice. Very polite person and does his work very nicely."

"On the whole, this is a great hotel with nice staff members. Vijay and Virender Dhankhar Gym Instructors are very nice guys. They helped me in my workout. They have excellent knowledge about how to keep fit and healthy. Breakfast is rich and service is good. Annanita/Kashish /Saurav/Arche Lal are all very nice in offering their services to me. Wi-Fi quality should be improved to be more stable."
